Have you increased the volume of beer? If you are
making a larger batch and adding the same amount of priming
sugar you will get lower carbonation which will result in
less head on the beer.
Some other things to look for:
Are you using the same type and same amount of priming sugar as before?
Are you conditioning your bottles in the same place?
Are you serving your beer colder?
Are you using the same bottles?
To increase carbonation add a little more priming sugar per batch.
If you are using 1 cup now try 1 1/4 cups next time.
You can add heading powder or Kreamy-x to get more head on your beer.
