It sounds like your wine may still have some fermetation going on. Did you stabilize it? Did you take a hydrometer reading?
You should check and make sure the fermentation is finished then stabilize it using 2 teaspoons of potassium sorbate and 1/4 teaspoon of postassium metabisulphite. You will then need to add finings again.
