invert sugar

dear sir :
i work in sweet factory , i have aproblem with invert sugar , ( the process is add the sugar to the water and at 80C we add phsphoric acid and wait for 1 hour, in room temperature , then we add NaOH )
the question , what is the way to reduce this time ( 1 hour after adding the phosphoric acid )to 10 or 20 min , please tell me all the alternative we can use it , ( temperature ,acid , or ....) but only how we can reduce this time ....
