My first attempt at winemaking is under way with a Vino del Vida Wine Kit. On day six my specific gravity was 1.01. The instructions say to rack from the primary fermenter to the carboy at this time (day 6). It also says that there will be little or no "bubbling " in the airlock after day 6. Mine is bubbling almost continuously (now on day 7).
Do I have a problem?
