None of the things you mentioned would affect your fermentation. What was your starting specific gravity? If it was above 1.100 you may have to add water to bring the SG down to 1.080. A high SG will inhibit yeast growth. Did you check the Total Acid content? An acid content of .65 percent would be normal. Maybe a more important reading would be the PH. The PH should be around 3.2. Readings lower than this, especially those below 3.0, can cause fermentation problems. Good Luck!
