Fermentation isn't starting

Hi
I need a little advice on my current batch of apple wine. I put 9lbs of apples through a juicer and added the various ingredients. I made one mistake: at the start, I added the pectin enzyme rather than the yeast nutrient. Then I added a crushed Campden tablet. 12 hrs later, I realized my mistake, so I added the nutrient. 24 hrs later I added the yeast. 4 days later, nothing was happening, so I added 1/4 tsp of energizer. 24 hrs later, nothing, so I added another packet of yeast. Now it is 36 hrs later and no luck.

Any advice from the other wine makers out there?
