I have a blueberry wine kit (Wild Berry Additive Kit) on and the fermentation has finished, it is now in the carboy awaiting bottling. I plan to bulk age the kit prior to bottling for about seven weeks in a cool room. My question is, when should I add the blueberry sweetener prior to the bulk aging or after the bulk aging at the time of bottling?
