This is an all too common story. The instructions
in most beer kits are doomed to failure. This is
slowly changing but there are still some very bad
recipes out there. I recommend that you buy a good
quality beer kit (I prefer Coopers or Morgans) and
follow our "Making Beer the Brewery Lane Way" Instructions.

Three very important things to remember.
1)Ferment your beer between 18 to 23C.
2)Replace sugar with malt extract
3)Use an airlock at all times.
