If it isn't too late-don't throw it out! Your wine may be perfectly okay. The white
specks may be finings or yeast. Some sanitizers have a tracer that turns green. I
would have to know which type you used.
If the wine is too bitter you may want to add a wine conditioner/sweetener before
bottling.
