Needing feedback on opening a brewery

Hi.
I'm interested in getting some feedback about opening a brew house on the west coast.
It'd be great to hear from ppl working at or in charge of a commercial brew house about what the market will bear per barrel of beer, how many bottles can you get from each barrel and the number of man hours it takes to produce a barrel,100 barrels, etc.
It'd also be great to hear from ppl interested in being a part of a new brewery and what kinds of beer you think might sell best.
I'm hoping to produce some brews that will be considered great contributions to the world of beer and I'm looking for any ideas that can help.
