Adding Oak to Sauvignon Blanc

Hi Bill,, or Kev.

A quick question. I'm about to Rack a Sauvignon Blanc to a Carboy and I'm wondering if a little OAK would bring out some toastiness in this wine.

I can't seem to find any reference in respect to oak and Sauvignon.

Any tips .
