Sour Beer

Hi Bill,
Lee here We just finished cleaning 11 doz. bottles, just about to
transfer beer to bottling bucket, one had a white coloured mold is what
it looked like and the other a really off smell. Everything was over
cleaned, every precaution taken, had no trouble with fermention, started
and was very active in both, transfer first time no problems but now
mold and off smells, any insight you may have.
