trouble shooting for making wine from kits

When I went to cyphon my wine from the primary to the
carboy there were little dots of white residue on the
top. The wine had been sitting from July 11 to 29th. I decide to cyphon it anyway until I got help. I
have never had this problem before. When I went to rinse
the primary out with the proper solution the bottom turned
green. The wine tasted a little bitter when I cyphoned
from the primary to the carboy. What should I do? Throw
it out and start all over or just continue. Did I leave
it too long( because I forgot about it) or what. Your
help would be greatly appreciated.
