Bill, my wine specific gravity is at 1.0, so I am toward the end of fermentation. Is there more danger concerning oxidation, with agitating the wine? Also,I am concerned that the fermentation has quit on me. I want to be sure I ferment to a dry reading. I believe I should continue to remedy the smell problem, then worry about the fermentation..What do you think? Thanks
