I have never heard of a non alcohol wine kit and I doubt if there ever will be one. You can't make wine without alcohol. To make wine you add yeast to grape juice. The yeast then works to transform the sugars in the grape juice into alcohol and carbon dioxide.
The non-alcohol wines on the market are made by removing the alcohol from the wine. This is most likely done by evaporation.
I have never removed the alcohol from wine but I am willing to bet that there are people out there who have made a non-alcohol wine. If anyone else has more information. Please let us know.
