You can use your 23 L carboy. There is no need to be concerned about oxidation because the fermentation period is so short and there is no secondary fermentation.
A couple of things that you should keep in mind. Make sure that your fermentation is complete before bottling. The instructions are not clear on this. We find that it usually takes 7 days. Some people also think that the carbonation is too high. So you might want to cut back a little on the priming sugar at bottling time.
