What recipe??

Hi there,

I am planning on making my first ever batch of beer soon and am wondering what recipe I should go with.

My wife is looking for a final product to Upper Canada Lager or Molson Dry.

BTW, I am hoping to do this all from scratch. ie: no kits. :)

Any suggestions would be helpful.
