Winexpert is pleased to announce that for a limited time, and by pre-order only, you can make and enjoy a wonderfully delicious dessert wine - Chocolate Raspberry Port.

Bursting with rich, intense flavours and aromas, this wine has a traditional Port character of warm, rounded cherry and plum, supported by a racy zing of bright raspberry, perfumed and gently tart, giving way to luscious liquid chocolate - beguiling with dark, bittersweet aromas of coffee and vanilla. It’s like an entire chocolaterie in a glass! Toasty hints of oak guide the way to a long, rich finish.

Food Pairings: Wonderfully balanced, Chocolate Raspberry Port is excellent with (or as) dessert, or served with toasted nuts or shortbread.

The Best Gets Better
We are delighted to tell you that the best of the best, En Primeur, is getting even better. Most of the red wine kits will now come with varietal specific dried proprietary Genuwine skins (previously known as Mi-Pak Dried Grape skins). Genuwine winery grape skins are used in the Award winning Cru Select Italian Valpolicella Ripassa and our RQ Australian Bush Vine Grenache. Each kit contains the equivalent of 4.5 kilos of grape skins that become 250 grams using our proprietary gentle drying process that quickly locks in the natural flavour, colour and tannin of the grape skins and allows you to ferment your wine on pure winery grape skins. The result is a better tasting wine for your enjoyment.

RJ Spagnols will also be adding some new and interesting types of oak to the wines. At the same time the En Primeur German Riesling will now come with a Süss-Reserve pack, or if you prefer your Reisling dry you can simply leave it out.

En Primeur labels are being upgraded to a larger peel and stick round that emphasizes the fact you are making a top quality product.

Changing the way you make wine. Now, through a new technological advancement RJ Spagnols has perfected fermentation on winery grape skins. M-Pak Winery Grape Skins are dried virgin winery grape skins. They have developed a proprietary gentle drying process that quickly locks in the natural flavour, colour and tannin of the grape skins which results in a better tasting wine.

RJ Spagnols selected a classic Italian wine to showcase their new Mi-Pak Winery Grape Skins. The Valpolicella varietal is one of the most famous wines enhanced with fermentation on dried grape skins. They have included the proprietary Mi-Pak Winery Grape Skins to recreate the tradition of fermenting on dried grape skins. You will discover that fermentation with the proprietary Mi-Pak Winery Grape Skins brings out the wine's firm tannins, supported by dark fruit tones and smokey undertones. Heritage Estates New Bigger Format
RJ Spagnols has increased the size of their entry level Heritage Estates kits. These kits will now contain 6.3 litres of concentrate. That's an extra 1.3 liters. And there will be no price increase! The new format should start showing up on our shelves in March and April.

Winexpert Selection Spéciale Italian Amarone is a very intense and complex wine, with a wide array of flavours and aromas.
