hopped, pale straw colour, light body. 100% 2 row
barley. If

Lager - Colour
5 ebc, bitterness 16 ibu’s Lightly hopped, straw colour,
light-medium body. 100% 2 row barley. Similar
to the Canadian light but with more body and flavour.

Pilsener - Colour 7 ebc, bitterness 20 ibu’s Medium-hopped,
golden straw colour, light-medium body. 100% 2 row
barley. Based on the best selling Canadian Pilsener,

Pale Ale - Colour 5 ebc, bitterness 23
ibu’s Medium hopped, golden straw colour, light-medium
