Sicilian Syrah - New!
This rich red wine is robust and displays deep colours underlaid with delicious aromas of ripe cherries, plums and bitter chocolate. The concentration of berry fruits, silky tannins and spices wrap tightly together and blend into a seamlessly fine, lingering finish.

German Riesling - New!
Medium to full-bodied, this elegant wine has a fruit packed nose that reveals a full palate of pineapples, peaches and honeydew melons. This straw coloured, dry white wine is balanced by a mild streak of acidity leaving a lasting impression of tropical fruits and floral tones.

Italian Amarone
Blesssed with abundant sunlight, the terraces and valley floors in the Veneto region provide an encouraging home to the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. Deep garnet in colour, this is an assertively full-bodied wine with a delectable nose of black cherries, dark chocolate and oak. On the palate it offers opulent dark fruit flavours cradled by firm tannins culminating in an almost endless finish.

Chilean Merlot
The warm dry summers, moderate rainfall and stony ground in the Maipo Valley, provides a great microclimate for the Merlot grape. This medium bodied wine offers elevated succulent juicy berry flavours accentuated by delicate aroma notes of coffee and vanilla oak. Ruby red in colour, it boasts of velvety tannins and a long fulfilling fruity aftertaste.

California Cabernet Sauvignon
The vineyards in the Central Coast appellation are so diversely gifted with sun soaked mornings and cool foggy nights that it fosters intense, mature flavours a robust tannin structure. This plushly built wine has intricate layers of luscious black currants and cherries followed by black pepper laced with toasted oak resulting in a dramatic finale of flavours.

Australian Shiraz, Riverland Region
The hot, dry days and cool nights of Australia's Riverland region are ideal conditions to grow the intense Shiraz grape. The best examples will be full, yet soft and rounded out with oak - which is exactly what you will find in this Shiraz. Warm black fruit and berries will entice the nose, while flavours of red fruit, black cherry and chocolate round out the experience.

Washington Pinot Blanc
The Pinot Blanc grape thrives in the Columbia Valley and is protected by the Cascade Mountains. It thrives in dry summers and cold to arctic freezing winters. These factors come to play in creating a wine that is refreshingly fruity with zesty citrus and intense green apple notes. Light straw in colour, this medium bodied wine's softness makes it very enjoyable when young. Its no small wonder that this wine is gaining strong recognition in the New World.

Australian Chardonnay, Riverland Region
Abundant sunshine, a warm climate, lack of humidity and controlled irrigation allows growers in the Riverland wine region of Australia to produce consistently premium grapes. From Australia's largest wine producing region, we bring you our Australian Chardonnay. This supple, elegant wine boasts rich aromas of honey and tropical fruits while apples, melon and vanilla oak tantalise the palate.
