boasting genuine varietal character because we select only
the finest 100% varietal grape juice and grape concentrates
from among the world’s premier vineyards. Many wine kits
include specially chosen toasted oak chips for barrel-aged
character and increased depth. This marriage of the finest
quality ingredients can only mean one thing—a superior wine
in your glass.
Every kit contains all you’ll need
to produce a wine of quality, depth and character. With
White and Red varieties to choose from, you are sure to
find the perfect style to suit your tastes!
You begin with 15 litres* of premium
varietal juice and concentrate, which means you add very
little water to make 23 litres* of wine. In 6 weeks, you’ll
find yourself with brilliantly clear wine, bursting with
incredibly full aromas and flavours.
Once bottled, you can enjoy your
Cellar Classic wines right away—the taste and aroma will
impress you immediately. As it ages over the ensuing months,
the character will continue to mature into a rich, luscious
wine you’ll be proud to serve your friends and family.

Classic Winery Series showcases our expertise and commitment
to carry on the age-old winemaking traditions as practiced
in the finest grape growing areas of the world. These red
wines are produced by fermenting grape juice on the crushed
grape skins, seeds and stems. This allows the winemaker
to extract deep colour, chewy tannins, tantalizing flavours
and complex aromas to produce richly structured wines.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This elegant ruby coloured Merlot features a rich aromatic
bouquet of fresh red cherries, toasted oak and herbs. Medium
to full bodied, it is characterized by the Winery Grape
Skins which adds expressive flavours of dark ripe plums,
berries and silky tannins. Well structured and balanced,
it culminates dramatically on the palate.

Old Vine Zinfandel with Zinfandel
Winery Grape Skins
Sourced from old vines that date back to years of history
and tradition, our Old Vine Zinfandel surrounds the palate
with impressions of black cherries and plump dark fruit
framed by ample aromas of tobacco and dark coffee from the
toasted French Oak. Fermented on varietal Zinfandel Winery
Grape Skins, this full-bodied dry wine is fruit forward,
yet showcases an array of spicy flavours on the finish.

Shiraz
Full bodied and dry, this classic Italian blend exudes aromatics
of farm fresh raspberries supported by subtle hints of vanilla
and earthy tones. Fermentation on untoasted American Oak
shavings and the proprietary Winery Grape Skins adds intense
tannins to round out the concentrated nose of blackberries
and black pepper.

Valpolicella
Elegance and style come together to build this wine of true
character. It boasts of a fruit forward nose distinguished
by aromas of raisins, dark cherries and toasted oak. Drawing
inspiration from the Winery Grape Skins, it showcases firm
tannins on the palate embraced by concentrated notes of
sweet chocolate and prunes. The finish is dramatic, peppered
with layers of dark fruit and aggressive oak.
