DRAUGHT
Light yellow-gold colour with a tightly packed white
head, floral nose with a hint of malt, medium bodied
palate with delicate hopping and a slightly bitter finish.
The most discerning draught drinker will appreciate
this beer. A full and flavorsome beer displaying a clean
crisp taste with a subtle "bitter" flavor.
Coopers Draught displays a good head with a fresh bright
color. This style is sometimes better described as Draught

BITTER
Deep golden-copper colour with a creamy white head.
Overt fruit and malt aromas, a full bodied palate showing
complex malt flavours, balanced with a bitter finish.
May be served slightly warmer than lighter style beers.
Styled in the old-English tradition, Coopers Bitter
is made using aromatic hops and more malt than other
beers. Darker in color than lager style beers, its
strong refreshing flavor has made it a popular choice
among those who appreciate the quality of this ruby

CLASSIC
OLD DARK
Rich mahogany colour and a creamy head. Roasted
malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouthfeel
dominated by roasted malt flavours, sufficient hop bitterness
to give balance and a dry finish. A favourite amongst
dark beer drinkers.
Classic Old Dark is produced from the selection
of superior roasted malts, which are produced from the
finest South Australian two-row barley. This combination
of roasted malts and specially selected hops from Tasmania,
provides the full and flavorsome taste, for those who
prefer a darker beer style. |

LAGER
Straw colour with golden hues and a lacy white head.
Light floral aromas follow through on a light to medium
bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavours and
a clean finish. An Australian Lager style with plenty
of character.
Coopers Lager is produced using the finest Australian
premium malted barley and Tasmanian Hops. When fermented
these ingredients combine to produce a full-bodied
Australian Lager that is distinctive and refreshing
to the taste.

STOUT
Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling
espresso creamer, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain
aromas, exceptional mouth feel and dark malt characteristics,
the combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results
in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for
a number of years with excellent results.
The stout is a fine example of the robust, full-flavored
stout family. The unique, rich and dark texture of
this product is produced by specially roasted black
malt. A full bodied dry stout. |

REAL ALE
Bright golden colour with a strong head. Pleasant blend
of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel
and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a
Coopers' Traditional Ale.
Real Ale displays a solid head and a distinctive, full
bodied flavor, enhanced by a soft fruity character.

Coopers IPA
Early records of “Cooper and Sons” producing India
Pale Ale can be found in the South Australian Advertiser,
dated February 1868. Thomas Coopers IPA (India Pale
Ale) produces a beer with all the hallmarks of a genuine
IPA from the “mother land”. A strong ale with robust
malt characters and very high hopping levels

Coopers Pilsener
A pale straw coloured beer with a bold, spicy Saaz
hop aroma. Crisp and dry with cleansing bitterness,
Thomas Coopers Pilsener is made from premium 2- row
pale malt and barley, bittering hops and a generous
amount of aromatic SAAZ hops. Fermentation with the
true lager yeast, supplied, at temperatures below
20C will produce an excellent example of the pilsener
style.

Coopers Irish Stout
A rich, dark brew displaying coffee, chocolate
and licorice aromatics, roasty bitter notes with a
dry finish. Thomas Coopers Irish Stout is an authentic
recipe containing a blend of malted barley, roasted
barley, flaked barley and hops. The pour will show
a turbulent, cascading tan foaming action. Eventually,
this settles into a creamy beige coloured head that
rests atop the beer.
