Grand Cru International Pinot Grigio
The first Grand Cru International seasonal release has arrived in our stores. The Pinot Grigio is now available and the Malbec Syrah should arrive next week. These kits are a limited holiday release. Labels are included.

The Dessert Wines Have Arrived!
We now have the RJ Spagnols Orange Chocolate Port and White Chocolate White Port in stock plus the Orange Blossom Muscat. The Winexpert Chocolate Raspberry Port is now in stock and we'll be receiving the Okanagan Peach Icewine in early November.
These are limited releases and are available only while they last. They are moving very fast so please order or pick one up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Niagara Gewurztraminer
Strong hints of lychee, spice and roses defines this
classic from Niagara. The finish is a touch off dry
that elevates the floral profile.
Oak-0 Body-3 Sweetness-1
Niagara Cabernet Franc
Medium bodied and easy to drink, this red wine is defined
by strong green pepper notes, followed by red berry
tones.

The Big & Easy Bottle Brew
The next best thing to finished beer! The Big & Easy Bottle Brew is a totally new and different home brewing kit. It is a revolutionary, easy way to make your own premium beer at home.
The Big & Easy Bottle Brew is pasteurized, unfermented beer filled in two litre bottles and equipped with a unique pressure cap. The only task left is to add the innovative yeast capsule to each bottle to start the fermentation. Wait 10 days. Chill. Then serve!
Each 2 litre bottle is about the same volume as six regular bottles. The Big & Easy Bottle Brew is professionally brewed and bottled in a micro brewery using only the best selected barley malt, imported hops and purified water. It is not made from malt concentrate.
Introducing Grand Cru Italian Primitivo
Puglia is Italy’s southeastern most region which spans the country’s long stiletto “heel”. This is where you would find what is considered to be one of Puglia’s hottest varietals: Primitivo.
Full bodied in nature, it opens up with a luscious bouquet
of ripe black cherry and delicate spices underlaid with a
streak of medium toasted oak. The palate is blessed with well
rounded smooth tannins, berry fruit and a complex, long fi
nish. Suitable to be paired with hearty pasta dishes and tomato
based sauces or strong Italian cheeses.

WHAT IF DESSERT CAME IN A BOTTLE?
Winexpert is pleased to announce that for a limited time, and by pre-order only, you can make and enjoy a wonderfully delicious dessert wine - Chocolate Raspberry Port.
Bursting with rich, intense flavours and aromas, this wine has a traditional Port character of warm, rounded cherry and plum, supported by a racy zing of bright raspberry, perfumed and gently tart, giving way to luscious liquid chocolate - beguiling with dark, bittersweet aromas of coffee and vanilla. It’s like an entire chocolaterie in a glass! Toasty hints of oak guide the way to a long, rich finish.
Food Pairings: Wonderfully balanced, Chocolate Raspberry Port is excellent with (or as) dessert, or served with toasted nuts or shortbread.

The Best Gets Better
We are delighted to tell you that the best of the best, En Primeur, is getting even better. Most of the red wine kits will now come with varietal specific dried proprietary Genuwine skins (previously known as Mi-Pak Dried Grape skins). Genuwine winery grape skins are used in the Award winning Cru Select Italian Valpolicella Ripassa and our RQ Australian Bush Vine Grenache. Each kit contains the equivalent of 4.5 kilos of grape skins that become 250 grams using our proprietary gentle drying process that quickly locks in the natural flavour, colour and tannin of the grape skins and allows you to ferment your wine on pure winery grape skins. The result is a better tasting wine for your enjoyment.
RJ Spagnols will also be adding some new and interesting types of oak to the wines. At the same time the En Primeur German Riesling will now come with a Süss-Reserve pack, or if you prefer your Reisling dry you can simply leave it out.
En Primeur labels are being upgraded to a larger peel and
stick round that emphasizes the fact you are making a top
quality product.

Announcing a new way to ferment on grape skins with Italian Valpolicella Ripassa featuring Mi-Pak Winery Grape Skins™
Changing the way you make wine. Now, through a new technological advancement RJ Spagnols has perfected fermentation on winery grape skins. M-Pak Winery Grape Skins are dried virgin winery grape skins. They have developed a proprietary gentle drying process that quickly locks in the natural flavour, colour and tannin of the grape skins which results in a better tasting wine.
RJ Spagnols selected a classic Italian wine
to showcase their new Mi-Pak Winery Grape Skins. The Valpolicella
varietal is one of the most famous wines enhanced with fermentation
on dried grape skins. They have included the proprietary Mi-Pak
Winery Grape Skins to recreate the tradition of fermenting
on dried grape skins. You will discover that fermentation
with the proprietary Mi-Pak Winery Grape Skins brings out

Heritage Estates New Bigger Format
RJ Spagnols has increased the size of their entry level Heritage
Estates kits. These kits will now contain 6.3 litres of concentrate.
That's an extra 1.3 liters. And there will be no price increase!
The new format should start showing up on our shelves in March
and April.

Winexpert Selection Spéciale Italian Amarone is a very intense and complex wine, with a wide array of flavours and aromas.
